BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Conway is an experienced legal administrator with 18 years of experience in law firms. She has focused on this area for the past 10 years and has prior experience as a trial litigation paralegal. Her leadership includes serving on the board for the Knoxville Chapter of Legal Administrators from 2024-2026, serving on the CaLM Committee in 2021, which hosted the first-ever legal management conference in California after Covid shutdowns. Currently, Ms. Conway serves as the Office Administrator for DeFrenza Lee LLP, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to coordinate the logistics, systems, and business operations that keep the firm running efficiently.

Her responsibilities include firm-wide billing and financial administration, workflow and administrative coordination, vendor and office logistics, record keeping, and supporting the firm’s overall operational needs. She plays an integral role in managing the many behind-the-scenes details necessary for the firm to operate effectively and provide a high level of service to its clients.

Ms. Conway’s focus is on the business and administrative operations of the firm. Her hands-on approach, organizational skills, and attention to detail help ensure that the firm’s attorneys and staff have the resources and support they need to serve the firm’s clients.
