BIOGRAPHY

Lena specializes in commercial real estate law. Her practice is concentrated on real estate leasing, financing, sales and acquisitions of all property types. Lena advises clients on a wide range of real estate related transactional matters. She represents developers in the acquisition and disposition of various projects, including office buildings, hotels, industrial properties, retail centers, apartments, and undeveloped land, from negotiations through drafting of contracts, due diligence and closing. Her experience includes real estate financing transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in loans secured by real property, loan assumptions, refinancing and construction loan transactions. Additionally, Lena represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial, retail and industrial properties, as well as ground leases. Prior to joining DeFrenza Lee LLP, Lena was a real estate associate with Nossaman LLP in Orange County.
